CASE 04 · USER-REPORTED
Website checks with GA4 and Search Console
Set up a daily report, then check whether it actually arrives.
These are third-party user reports, not hands-on tests by OpenDots. Outcomes and reliability have not been independently verified. Source reviewed October 5, 2026.
What the user reported
Mark Nguyen of SlideFactory reports that his Dot reached client GA4 and Search Console data through a browser after Google sign-in and device approval. A hosted SEO tool also ran website crawls.
What remains unverified
The first scheduled report had not run at the end of the account. Browser sign-in did not configure the SEO service’s Google API connection. We have not verified the underlying analytics or crawl outputs, ongoing delivery, or any improvement in traffic or leads.
A small task to try
Pick one site and request a read-only report: compare the last seven complete days with the previous seven, name the property and time zone, link to the supporting data, and separate observations from suggestions. Check one report manually before scheduling it. Do not allow site edits or client messages as part of this first task.
